You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur within your cPanel/WHM allocation. You agree to notify Octatonic Hosting immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
3. Content and Usage Restrictions
Services may not be used for illegal activities, including but not limited to: copyright infringement, hosting malware, or sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM). Content that is defamatory, hateful, or invasive of another's privacy is strictly prohibited on our network.
4. Resource Usage and Service Limitations
To ensure stability for all managed sites, we reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend access if your account usage (CPU, RAM, or Disk I/O) disrupts the 144.202.116.180 IP block or server performance.
5. Data and Backups
While we maintain server-side snapshots for disaster recovery, users are ultimately responsible for maintaining independent backups of their own website files, databases, and emails. Octatonic Hosting is not liable for data loss due to user error or hardware failure.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the 100% uninterrupted availability or suitability of our services for specific commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pfesu Films CA LLC and Octatonic Hosting shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of business revenue).
